FC Packaging (Harbin) Ltd. (“FCP Harbin”), our manufacturing base in Northern China, is a joint venture between FC Packaging Holding Ltd. and Harbin Light Assets Manage Co., Ltd. (“Harbin Light”). FCP is the major shareholder.

Responding to the Central Government's economic policy to revitalize the old industry base of Northeastern China, our Chairman Mr. F.C. Lo acquired Harbin Light's four metal sheet printing and can-making state-owned enterprises located in Harbin, Shuangcheng and Daqing in the Helongjiang Province in 2005. FCP Harbin was subsequently established.

Located in Harbin Development Zone, FCP Harbin occupies a total land area of 20,000 square meters. The newly constructed three-storey factory has a floor area of 17,000 square meters and went fully operation in January 2007. We are a can-making pioneer in Northeastern China, adopting the highest international layout and hygienic standards including a tailor-made Clean Room for the production of packaging containers for foods and dairy products including Nestle and Yili.

The company owns state-of-the-art equipment from overseas and locally, providing metal sheet printing services and three-piece cans for foods, dairy, chemical and pharmaceutical products.
