FCP is the only manufacturer in Hong Kong with a fully automated cutting machine that provides metal coil cutting services. Metal coils can be converted into straight or scrolled sheets to the exact lengths as specified by our customers. In addition, the cut sheets can be further converted into plain coated or printed sheets using our coating and decorating equipment. All the processes are done under one roof, thus maximizing efficiency and lowering costs for our customers.

The sophisticated shearing machine was imported from the U.S. and can cut sheet materials from 610 mm to 1,030 mm in width and 457mm to 1,117mm in length. Straight-cut and scroll-cut are available as required by our customers.
